Crepe Making

It's New Year!! My first new year post, Ya lets kick off a healthy lifestyle.
Crepe making for yr light breakfast or a combination for yr dishes e.g. like wrap beijing duck even DESSERT.
Crêpe Mix: 1 cup Plain Flour, 1 pinch Fine Salt, 2 Eggs, 1¼ cup Milk.
To prepare the crêpe mixture, sieve plain flour and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Add eggs n ½ cup milk, beat into a thick mixture. Gradually fold in ¾ cup milk, continue beating till mixture is smooth. Heat and brush a small pan with oil over medium heat, and ladle a bit of crêpe mixture in the centre. Swirl pan around so crêpe mix spreads over the entire surface. Gently flip crêpe when edges start to turn brown. Remove after a few seconds. Wow.. la! its Done!
