PASTA - YUMMY!!!

Garlic Butter pasta
(1/3 cup of butter , garlic salt , a SMALL drop of milk , pasta)
First of all get a pot and put some water in it. Let it boil for 4-10 minutes and put raw pasta in it. Let it cook till soft and not raw, drain the water and put the pasta in a bowl.
Get a pan and put butter in it let it melt then add a SMALL drop of milk to the melted butter.
Add some garlic salt and mix it all together, then mix sauce with pasta.

Simple recipe n sauces

1- Alfredo sauce
Ingredients: 1 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp parsley
Directions: Heat the cream, butter and egg mixture over medium heat until hot. Add the garlic and parsley before slowly melting the Parmesan cheese into the mixture. Pour the sauce over cooked pasta or other optional ingredients, such as chicken, shrimp, broccoli, mushrooms or just about anything else you like.

2- Tomato sauce
Ingredients: 3/4 cup chopped onions, 2 garlic cloves, 6 cups chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsps olive oil, 3/4 cup dry red wine, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 tsp salt n sugar, 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions: Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender. Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, wine, carrots, sugar, and salt. Bring sauce to a boil. Simmer, uncovered for one hour, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms; cook until sauce is thick, about 20 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.

3- Pesto sauce
Ingredients: 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup fresh parsley, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 1 large garlic clove, 1/4 tsp salt n olive oil
Directions: Combine basil, parsley, cheese, nuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor. Turn the machine setting to low, slowly add olive oil and blend until thick. Cook and drain the fettuccine and add the pesto sauce. Pesto is also fabulous with chicken, shrimp or broccoli.

4- Bolognese sauce
Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground beef n pork, 1/2 cup chopped onion n mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 1 can tomatoes puree n tomato sauce, 3/4 cup dry white wine, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dried, crushed rosemary, 1/4 tsp red pepper n black pepper
Directions: Cook beef, pork and onion til meat is browned. Add the mushrooms n garlic, cook til tender. Drain the excess liquid. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, salt, rosemary, red pepper, black pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti.
