Birth rate

So birth rate is dropping. Govt is so anxious, start to give baby bonus as a generous package for people in hope to see a delighting outcome. Wow..!! so all of sudden, giving birth had become…wonderful? Even news of celebrities are getting pregnant had increased tremendously for the past few mths (when the laws are being passed down) compared to the last few yrs ppl avoid in having children. Giving birth..??, it is easy to say than to be done…!! It is not just the matter of giving birth to them.. but lot n lots of love n care had to be poured in. Along the way, there may some disappointments, worries, and anxieties even heart-breaking moments. There’s no price tag to be given, what I could say that it is timeless n priceless.
What can I say? …yup..it is a bonus for some families, but having a child is yrs..our decision. Im sure tat very moment when we get married, we will or already starting planning to have kids of our own…cos they will be our personal models of own geneses creations. Who doesn't want that? The financial help is not even one of our motivations to get ourselves pregnant n have a baby.
I had to agree that sometime Singapore may not be a comfortable place to live in with the high living cost. It will add on to the heavy baggage of the low income families just to add one more member into their home.
Leave.. leave.. leave taking days off specially for our child exams is what parents do now. Lesson for them had been so tiring n heavy burden on their tiny shoulders. Not amazing that nowadays kids’ schoolbag weights more than a kg. Not only that, as for parents, they let their children to learn a lot of things.. e.g. piano lessons, computer classes…even ballet for the gers. Everything..in fact anything tat ‘the best of the best’, they will do to ensure their kids could outshine their peers…making them above others (cos of pride = proud?). Won’t be a new thing if children start turning to suicides when they fail to accomplish their parents’ high hopes..

Credit cards,… Credit cards, credit cards…these is alot of these now floating around us. All sizes, shapes n lots of design, ads is everywhere, splashing at every sights we could see n handle. Ads were shown how these people get to enjoy life, living luxuriously. How they were seen like the smart guys on their peaks of the world, looking like the next cool “James Bond”. On top of it, there are so many roadshows, populated the places u go.

I notice the market nowadays are targeting mostly on women. Lady’s card (DBS), UOB Visa Mini, The Black Card / Sliver cards, AMEX (American Express) are using women as the main characters in their ads. I had to admit now women do have high purchasing power than before…as they come out to society earlier than guys (having national service). They also much more tend to spend on things for pamper themselves willingly. E.g. purchasing the latest gadget in the town than really checking the specs on wat it can do.

Little gers and boys (students) had been asking you for their survey, as well as getting to know how much yr salary and yr savings.. These infamous questions like; Which one u like the best (design? benefits), which costs the lowest fees among all? You will be also told of paying up just the minimum sum of money e.g. service fees n interests fees… without much worry (these are what they mentioned: the lure/ bait).


Even news lately, are directed on them, so has credit card really is the “in” thing in town or has become a part of parcel of life just like our handphone. People started taking sides (advantages and weakness; oppose and the supports). As credit card speak out of language in the prestige n status of people are at stages of life. Carried in hand or in our wallets is much like a shining amour we have. No longer wallets are seen to be bulky, bugled with our walled up notes. But now, we are able to take our whole fortune around with us everywhere we go, with jt these thin-line cards. Using it causally, help to shown or flaunt our riches. It is the access to our future money, money will never be lacking, and as long we are able to keep our jobs.

There are people who welcome all this wave of credit cards. They are in fact so taken liked of it, inventuretly it had becoming their hobbies in collect all sort of credit cards (cos now these card comes in varieties of fancy designs then). Some even lure to the benefits (discounts for their fave stores), so they accounted they in fact save much mre by using credit cards. And they mentioned they are able to keep up in paying up the bills (I take it they are very disciplined with their money as well as financial stable).
On the other hand, there are also some who oppose it. They suffered in incurring huge heavy debts before they could forewarn abt it, especially when they are young high flyers. It is the first time they handed large amount of money, they tend to go abit haywire. Buying things they cannot afford when they are just a poor struggling university students, things that are materialistic (wants not needs), little luxury items n wining in the expensive classy places, even getting themselves the first car they could able lay their hands on. Each mth, they can spend more than they earn, paying jt the minimum like the banks’ promises. Little did they know how much their debt had amounted til the banks could no longer loan them funds anymore. Banks started to haunt them more than ever, chasing for prompt payments mthly. This may go on not just for months but also perhaps years ahead. It hit them most; get discouraged, borrowing from parents. They can’t be any carefree as their counterparts, laden with heavy burden of debts.
In fact, newspapers even mentioned that Singapore is rapidly becoming one of countries that had suffered from credit cards debts.

These are jt the points of view from the writer. The writer had no credit cards but currently holding three debit cards.. Cos the service fees are cheaper n the amount of spending is limited to the amt of saving u had.. To me is a safe, wise choice, since Im nt a disciplined person (weak willpower) also. J Plus there is so many temptation around us, hard to resist, making us confuse what is a really a want indeed or a need.

The Celebrity 's Life?

Wat is it like? Most of us will wonder how is it...

Of course, as one of the high profile person, you will need the high maintenance. No longer, you are able to take train or public transport, cab is o.k. if not, better had yr own racy fancy car. Yr wardrobe will be half yr room size, as u had to assure that you wont be seen twice in the same outfits. You also dun want to caught wearing the same as other, neither do u want to seen as yr own fans wearing those clothes..
U will be the next fashion icon, ppl will follow your style, especially yr fans!! J
Image consultant is much needed too (necessaries) cos.. surely the most u dun want to see your name topping in the list of the "Worst-Dressed" artists. Once you are in certain image, u very must make sure u keep that up cos gossip spreads like forest fire. Like u are a "goody-good shoes" image, keep a distance from yr male colleagues.. Tell yr manager to defuse any rumors of it!! N also assure no one ever caught a guy entering/leaving from yr apartment. When you are the ambassadors of certain noble events, take note that you will never do anything to stumble the ppl.. e.g. health conscious, you will never seen having a cigarette tangling at yr fingertips, nor could u indulge yourself in junk food even its yr fave. Keep away from it, in order to maintain yr fat-free cellulite-less body. Come on, as an artist, you surely got alot of determination n willpower if not stress from the media.

When you had survive long enough, you will even know how to play the "news" to yr advantages, increase yr publicity, never will be enough, constantly remind people about your presence and your achievements. Once a while, you even "stage" some foolish, cute stunts to show the public u r "real", even though these are not true. But it will not matter as long as you mind how the ppl' minds will go and your superd acting too. These are your surviving tools. But make sure that, you had to be skillful to play this game, if not it will backfire.. yr relatives.. family n friends may no longer to trust. As you dun want unnecessary attention to yr foolish past, nor you want to be the spotlight for them, making use of you to gain some publicity or even paid off their debts.
As a celebrity, you may even in end up paid mre than you earns with all the attachments and commitments.

Idols: What sort do u want?

Actors/actresses? Singers?
Mmm.., Wat so big deal about that? It just about one's talent. Either u got the star quality or u dun. Of cos, not everyone can make it mah. Please come back to reality. Just trying to get into the Idols' contest; like American Idol, doesn't really generate you as the next superstar??? You need to have some talents in the first place plus a bit of hard work of practicing /polish yr abilities. But some people just dun see it, blinded by all the fame and glory (benefits). Thinking of going into the contest, it is a ticket out of your poverty life (as if it is true). Pls bless our pitiful ears to endure the awful crowing of torture. Wake up.. Ohh.. Tat William Hung. Can't people just get over it? I m sick of it. His face, his news n his pathetic music sense cant even grasps the language well stop using him to create some news for yr own.. Or publicity.. if not u r much worse than him..
Of cos, I do agree there do indeed some raw talents that need jt some guidings, polishing to tune them as the new gem of the market. Recently, there are so many stars out there (discovered by the producers or some rich guys), u really need to got some talents under your belt to survive these markets well (especially in Taiwan, gd looks help much mre in yr career than talents) unless u will be backed out after a few seasons. Lately, ppl go for new ideas...as faceless singers (one who didn't reveal their face or pasted their face all over the albums and posters like Ocean) I think they will lay low much longer than the previous Chio Hui (look William So), as she get critiste by reporters.
Precisely, I dun even like the term as "idols" (What is that?), to me define as for ppl to worshipped? I thot talents are to appreciate not worshipping. Im sure everyone does have their own strengths, just whether if they know or not and how to use them well. It may not be obvious but we survive rite?

Plastic surgery, is it gd for You?

Wat are your views toward it? Do u accept it as ppl need to go there to beautify themselves? Will you be one day plan to do that too (or Already Done so)? Are u comfortable with it? If yes, what do u want to change then?

Recently, there seem to be an increase in reports on it, ppl are getting more open toward the idea of going under knife. “No Pain, No Gain” there’s a saying. Beauty is really an essential ever since long ago. Those who are beautiful are often loved, n being concern than those who are lesser, are neglected. Ppl pity the beautiful ones like if we saw the death of a butterfly compared to a death of a crow.. Ppl dun reali think twice to sigh for the fragile butterfly. There is even a report saying that beautiful, tall people get more pay than their colleagues. Unfair.. there always a thing for unfairness.. if not, there wouldn’t be a word called “miracle”. Those beauties even get choices in choosing their suitors.

There is an old woman in recent newspaper, (about 50 +) go under the operating theater for more than 10 times…(frm actresses to ppl from the walk of lives). There is even a famous Korean female star, whose looks is so stunning with tat super-gd figure, hey that is a guy. Nowadays there had been a lot of cases…so what is the downside or is there any? Does anyone cares? Even there are TV shows like Extreme Makeover, nip n tuck.
Pain is ok…beauty come first… I think for most people' cases. At least chk out the beauty pageants are real… (the judges will got to dig out their histories)… But then I also heard there is another sort of beauty contest for the other kind of ” beauties” too… I’m stunned to find out that most of the china gers had gone to plastic surgery (n in fact mre than 10 times…in sg, ppl dun even go beyond 2/ 3 times).. Lengthen their legs is most sought other than the double eyelids. (…so much pain had to go through – breaking yr legs bones then put a screw n metal thing…depend hw long u want it to be….yucks…n I dun think after that u will be able to do any exercises; like running)

oh.h. Even now, men go for saloon…not only for hair cut, but facial treatment. Slimming programming are jt so popular n irrating.. Everywhere u seen it n the ads are jt ballooning…(dun know which to believe!??) Ppl want to change into a figure when they were as teenagers or even more desirable one which they nvr had before. Jt Change whatever or everything we want…but is there a price to pay?!…

//Side point; one of my fertile wild imagination -; so we did indeed managed to change into beauties…n later we got our spouse who also like tat, married, had a child.. (turn out to be ugly..?) cos he/she got our original features; genes. So who to blame?) “Hey, didn’t know u look like tat?! Or is this ”Huh!!, that’s our baby mah???!!”). See the result of Jackie Chan n his son...he got his father ‘s nose, not only that he got his father’s eyes too.. In fact, Jackie had gone through plastic surgery himself in order to had double eyelids, or else who do u think his son inherit from?…his mom is a beauty (we all know: as we seen it at the old movies. :P)

IT gadgets

The moment someone mention this, people will think of It fair.

Latest IT gadget lures people go n buy. Right now people dun care whether do they really need that particular device, or what does it really do to help in their daily lives. But because it is cool, unique, they decided they must really had to get one in their possession…like having latest hand phone, notepad, palmtop TV, DVD / MP3 player / having the all round sound system (the “wishing” list goes on n on) for their “palace; home sweet home.”

If people really stop their paces n think about it, they should know it is quite redundant. They had been working for such long hrs to listen carefully what they wants… Having these things, I can say it is of pleasure, luxury gds…does it really provide us (what we really want).

Lack of love n security can be replaced by these high technology equipment? Like having a robot dog/ cat to show that people, we can care n love n even having a robot at hm help us to improves the security at home? The security we lack of is things we cant see, but feeling in our hearts.

Brands even come into our minds when we want to buy something (brand conscious). Does branding helps in improving the quality of goods? Sometime we buy something e.g. TV, it is not really “old set” is down cause it was just bought recently a few months ago. But people started thinking to get a new one instead with new functions and enhanced features. Technology had rapidly been changing so people were constantly upgrading for that too.
Like the TV companies, they had grown from the idea of making every household to own a TV set, to every room to have a TV set…. even buses(SBS, MRT: the transport) we take everyday, had installed one. So come to think of it, if in near coming time, we can even look for a TV (wat's more? A plasma one pls..!! J)in the toilet…in order not to miss any” important news.

In fact, our home is filled with the new technology (Dun know if u notice most of the stuffs can onli really last more than a yr plus). Since everything is new, therefore the “old”/ “oldest” antiques must be us. We lived; survived for a number of years, weathered all situations and even emotional crisis of ourselves. Our system deteriorated throughout the years…mm. So shall we change a new model of ourselves? Changing a new heart perhaps since our old one seems to pump the blood slower, get a new leg.. as we cant run anymore and our bones had became brittle. Hehhahah.. Maybe in future, we really can do that.. Mm… it make me think of plastic surgery, maybe the next topic will be on plastic surgery.

Olympic: Our Dreams or Goals

Olympic: Is Singapore really able to go for it now? Olympic had just ended, with the closing ceremony is still playing it over in my head. It was reali fantastic, an eye-opener, and so many things happening at one go. Be it sports or not. Reports on sports are all over the local newspapers than usual dishes. Everyone, all of sudden was caught in the “typhoon” of it. I called it “typhoon” cos it had caught up ppls’ sudden interests and sort of went off fast enough than for us to be thrown back again into our daily jobs…
During those days, everywhere u could see the reports of the Olympic, catching the news of sport events in Athens. It was splashing everywhere. Even way before the games start, there were news of Athens, preparing all the precautious (security tighten up to prevent noisy rowdy crowd even terrorists: Lucky there wasn’t any). Lots of money also poured in to be done with all the maintenance of the stadiums; n ensures the smooth traffic flow as the Olympic began. It had really left them a lot of debts now according to papers, but nevertheless the people are proud to hold this big event in their “beautiful” cities (as the promotion of the “tourist board” always do). People who lives near the vicinity, were even grateful, as there is alot of new entertainment settings, the roads (which are oft complained) are repaired, as the Govt could no longer put it off in order to save their grace when Olympic start.
Sport could reali help to unite ppl, as everyone of us is now standing on the common grounds. I did get to see the real sportsmanship incidents at this season like the Gymnastics; when one of the contestants is badly judged due to his bad final landing. But ppl was heard cheering for him, even demand the judges to give a fair result.. wow.. that was gd…no competition, everyone even the coaches jt went cheering n standing on his side regardless of what races nor countries he represented. In the end, he was a like peacemaker, calming the enthusiasm spectators down. Friendships are definitely built n bonded by then. The spoils are: During the race, a person like the mad Irish priest pushes athletics off the running track just few more paces before he could end the race. So pity for that guy, of cos, the culprit is sentenced to jail of the disturbance.
Our sportsmen, or so “called” our representatives were all disappointments,.. n disappointments. Looking forward for our “infamous” water teams, at Athens, turned out knocking off one after another. It was reali saddening to see, not to mention the embarrassment when we recall how we used to boast our team. Their results were like a disaster, one could be reali at loss to explain n even judge on it, “bless” that coach could even came out with the explanation n conclusion. You could see the “much” difference as we compared the timing our swimmers do with the records. It was way too much, not even a slightly close; like a child swimming records (2mins to 0.57secs). They better give a gd explanation for their results. Not even convincing, sound veri unstable. Then our yachter n shooter was off at the first round. N our “near” close shave to the wining rounds. It was so long since we last see our sportsman got a gold from Olympic.

Our hopes were again hang up one more when we saw our contestant in the badminton courts, beaten all the strong, high, worthy opponents… Our eyes were like glued on the wide TV screen, catching every moments n glances, cheering, yelling or some keeping our fingers crossed, praying hard for it…so many years.. yaa… had gone. He was so brilliant in his excellent shots, so do Li Jiawei in her table tennis tournaments. But Lady Luck was not with them throughout the whole game, they get distracted in game n missed the gold. It is almost an impossible dream but come to think of this. They are not even local.. but foreigners…

Now sg even going for sport like having sports sch…so many things/ activities are promoted to target on it…. but can we really make it to a reality goal than jt a beautiful high-up dream fantasy…sigh.
Promote sg as a culture sophiscated society is one thing, but doing this (making Singaporeans tune mre towards exercise) even harder… not many artists is often recognized/ appreciated here too…thinking n mindset had to be change, we had to ” brain wash” to make it as success.
I think its not easy since we grew up into a place where a paper chase is gd enough to bring u everywhere…u desire. Having top place in sch (make u n yr parents proud, even teachers n principal get the honour, then come landing a gd job n stable salary). “The higher education, the higher position u get”, this also put u in a different social class than others. In sg, this is very prominent evidence. Compared to other countries like European, where they look into experiences n creativeness + innovative… Sg ppl just had to try hard to go into entrepreneur.. venture out far beyond its small island, is already very achievable… Remarkable!! I could say...

Yahoo auction is one of my fad pastimes which i surf. Sometime I go in n jt chk out the interesting stuffs ppl are selling. One could get some nice neat things if u knows how to find them.

Friendster.com (can get in touch with the long lost frnds in pri sch n c how the network grows, u can even c hw many friends u have in common with tat particular frnd u had.) I was hooked at first when I c my network of frnds grow.. Now abit bore. The website is getting slower n slower; I guess: must be due a huge database n the silly cookie problems (but I cant solve that since im quite a IT idiot.) Recently I always receive news tat friendster may close down, I wonder is it true.. Pictures for my profile are always a bother to me whenever I sign these online services. I dun really have any of those, neither did I keep it. My face always appear to be bloated somehow which I dun like. (I think u really must be veri slim to take pictures cos cameras magnify/ enlarge yr face, no wonder actress are always tat slim..Kekke.. Call me vain or whatever, it really does bother me each time I c myself in the photo.

Wholivesnearyou.com is another website I hit upon, created by 2 poly students. It is another interesting one n a slow one too (may be a sever problem). Try to recognize anyone out there around yr neighborhood. All sudden, u seem veri curious abt what happened around u. Im still trying to get to know mre frnds staying at my area (a nice feeling to know u got someone nearby when u r sad, not to worry abt late hours staying up late talking till wee hours when both of us lived nearby.. Even more so like sharing a cab hm when u go to chiong, not that I reali want to save tat midnite charges but my place is reali ulu… tat not much taxis like to go there. : P)
Msn Messenger (get it free as long u got an account with them) is one of the things I often logged on as everyone got hotmail email account. I decided to use this than icq.. Icq I often use the online web verison when Im in office. (meant I need not to install in the pc) Come to notice it; we seem to have a lot of ways/ means to get contact with ppl we know n even using this online service to get to know more frnds. But tat doesn’t mean tat we r getting closer to each other, or be involved in each others’ life. With these means, we tend to “abuse” it, becoming our excuse to be self-focus or veri “busy” somewhere than meeting yr friends / attend gatherings. Our relationship with ppl is getting worse as we become isolated. One even came up with idea of matchmaker online. But do u believe that? So wat had become fate?? I still prefer to friend introduction (old fashioned) ehhahha….mm... I dun reali trust what I seen online. Anyone can be a liar. Things can be distorted from the truth.

Email accounts

Nowadays, there is a lot website (some are interesting while some are reali junk; one does wonder this, would it reali take up the space in the web?: When the inconsiderate ppl throw their rubbish anywhere, as astronauts throw theirs also in space).. I do have some regular websites I loved to visit most of the time (like my email boxes, friendster, wholivesnearyou etc).

I do love Internet; a lot to learn from.. Surf Internet..(the word "Surf" sound interesting n gd: adventurous n alot sense of freedom) Dangers of the Internet?? Pornography?.. One shld reali take up some responsibility in whatever u do n stops plush the blame on others.
Recently there is a lot offers of large MB email boxes floating around (like Yahoo.com come out with 100MB space, heard that Goggle.com is also giving out 1GB free email too.) Usually when I heard abt it, I will jump at the wagon n sign up.. But now I decide to really "sit down n consider" deciding if I reali need it.
Personally I dun have much mails (of cos +plus the junk mail, my Hotmail account always blasted..sigh..poor thing, "flooded" which I need to clear it everyday, it had becoming my daily routine chore. I really hate those emails with no meanings at all but onli with beautiful graphics: I do agree it is nice to look at but if too much, one do suspect what the sender trying to do..n had in mind. Bombarded my inbox with these enormous large files!!
Not onli tat, the second thing I hate most is the chain-emails!! Pls grow up, leh. Stop sending these childish things.!! U don't send these cursing letter to yr friends, do u? except enemies perhaps. I dun go around sending these, I meant I dun curse ppl with that n "flood" their email boxes with these nonsense. Usually once I suspect the email would be a chain letter, I immediately delete, it had already spoil my interest to continue reading it. These letters really reminded me tat if the sender is my true frnd, to send all these n curses me. So wat?, I wldnt be forwarding it around, is it meant I would be cursed??!! Phew! wat a frnd!!
Of cos, Im also scared of receiving emails with attachments that need to be downloading since now virus is so much infectious these days n common..sigh. In fact having 2 email accounts is quite sufficient to me.
Lycos email also not bad, go to http://www.lycos.co.uk/emailsms/index.html, sign up get an account u will get a huge email box space for yrself. This was wat I did since there is alot of projects goin on. Right now, I onli left 2 of it. Too many accounts in yr hands can get u confused, so many cos as a student I reali need a large email account for myself usernames to remember. Im a veri forgetful person.

Today I had a topic for u all to ponder..(Older ppl do reminisce the gd old days?) n discuss?.. Wat changes had made in the life.yrs definitely!!
I meant. It maybe the place that u used to love (now dun cos someone decided to reconstruct it, thinking it is a great idea), or situations u been b4, relationship (bgr, yr buddies?...enemies??.. Yr childish acts??!!!)
I had agreed alot of changes were made here n there in my life, ehh,..I think me old already liao.. start to rem those olden times.. hehahhah.
Lived in teban for all my life, hey..Used to study tat ulu Pandan Pri. (Heard nw facing shortage of student intake?) Tat sch Deserve it rite...nowadays parents kaisu, everything must be gd. Of cos everyone wan a gd sch..Who wan a near sch nw... Not like the olden days...cos parents hardly cared whether their kids could make it to univer.. Jt placed their kids nearby for the sake of convenient.. (The sch: My old sch, jt had to work hard in improving student grades than kept on revanotin the image of the sch ;P)
I still rem tat time there was even a lady who help to carry the signboard for the students to cross the road to one of the entrance of my sch.. Later it tranformed.. decided to use cheap labour telling students to stand at traffic post, pressing the button plus the teacher standing hovering there like an eagle...
Goin to PAP kindergarten tat time was a dread... teachers were so fierce..
Scolding.. scold scold.. slapped yr hands with a wooden ruler. U would even think that our punishment was their pleasure(even pri sch do tat). On my way to kindergarten, I alway passed by the "quiet" ghost NPP..."no business".. So rural.. Wonder how they passed time..slp?... Jt happened to see them once in "action"; rescued a dumb cat (who one day decided to climb up a high tree, later got "jelly-legs" in jumping down)..Hehhahh.

Lantern festive, I remembered usually the older kids would burnt lantern/ played candles, fireworks n crackers (which we used to play till some stupid kids want to hurt themselves then kena ban!! together with chewing gums) n the swings in playground...the old slide with the wax left all over n around after a day of celebrating of "burning" lantern festival. Speaking of tis, nowadays still got ppl go to that lone Chinese Garden to see the so-called beautiful lanterns (the place decide to go for fees during festival if not usually free to go).

Swimming pool at my place, Teban??... Sigh...lousy facilities at first got canteen later dun know why dun have liao, n become down n out..ppl nw go for fancy rides lah..
Last time, I used 2 to go to do some errands down by afew blocks, Blk32..now changes so much although it seem to have mre, better facilities, but nvr like wat it used to be lively, mre like a ghost town I could say. No crowds anymore, it seems that not every new thing must be gd. Last time we used to enjoy the gd food there, then came the renovation. Things had changed even the hawkers were gone..replaced by some new hawkers who seem to be in their first tender yrs..even some shops still stay but nvr did the crowds went back. :(

Children ahh.. reali got wild n futile imagination .. Hahha I did rem c n hear abt the story of the rope in sch(buries near the entrance of the sch), daring students would go n tried to pull (like tug n war) but no use, it refused to budge, .. Rumors the someone hang themselves at tat tree (cos at tat time ppl believed the trees with heavy shades, may had spirits hang around..Sigh..Who believe?) Even toilets at the 3rd storey were complained of ghost huntings, dun know whether if it was true cos ttat time we used to have class-by-class doin the maintenance of sch grounds..
I rem the old times when pri 5 students got to have camping in sch grounds.. We get to slp in the lousy classrooms n stage..awfully freeze at dawn cos our tents got wet. We got so excited to spend the nite, talking til wee hrs..Then grumbled when we had to jog the reservoir at early morn for morn exercise (6am?), kena teachers said we deserved it (hey the teachers got to slp in air-con lib leh: unfair!) ;P we got to drink a veri watered-down Milo done by our teachers (like water plus the Milo smell onli not even the taste!!) n curry (one had to stir n stir to c if there is any ingredients.. guess.. Not much budget leh)...even got hse practice...P.E lessons..either the gers got to change in the classrooms or toilets).

Sch times were fun.. Those days..we played more than now kids study alot like swallowed the whole dic.(sg smartest kid).. Recess seems to be more worthy in sch day to us than lessons.
We played throughout the time instead of stuffing ourselves. (kids nw favor fastfood..then came the "fatty" tuff club..last time where got these.."funny weird "programs).. ttat time if u were selected, ppl gave u all kind of looks leh, with nicks like "piggy" boi/ ger.. made them embassed (no one wan to go leh, in end, skip class. In the end, the club was unsuccessful: so little "members" who did turned up) . Of cos now...the numbers enlarged leh..by so much.. From the most loving ahlmas(who I seen) serving their precious grandchilden drumsticks everyday without failing to the kids nw hogging the fast food restaurants (with alittle mre money, a so-called self-conscience of hygenic..all of sudden, sg becomes a "heaty" place tat ppl need aircon to surive..?? Since when hawkers will serve the poisonous food, as if fast food dun..? As if the hawkers ppl dun care abt image??.. Rem when there were times any rumor of virus get in food, the fast food restaurants r the first to ensure ppl, n slash the price..b4 u can light a match..of cos..hawkers cant to do..(in first place they sold cheaper leh..if slash like fast food...they survive wat?)!!.. idiotic!! Of cos, there was times when hawkers decide to do it when economics is down ($1 chicken rice etc..NW even got economic beehoon; breakfast)
(Playing marbles, zero-point, hopscotch..five stones were the games we play during lunchtime) even " eraser" games (flipping of erasers)hehah... ppl would buy the whole box(cost abt 10cents each) c who got the most number of erasers in the end.. Bookshop was our fav place.."alot of new n cool things"
ehh..Nw..ppl played computer games.. Internet(You name it. the kids will show u all..point out to u, or even show off which equipments they have nowadays to fight against the boredom of lives n endless tuition plus sch work!) n playstation PS. Nt just ttat..must mention it to be PS2..or u will be poorly titled to be not in latest stream of fashion..or Xbox.!!. Capcom games we played are kidish they say..poor graphics.. Go n c the final fantasy u will know what are "cool" graphics if u dun know any of them. Or esle they will categorize u as history.
If u still buy Receiver, u will be considered old-fashioned. Hey, man ..they will say y not get a mp3 player (like creative's newest child on the block, tat can stores a few thousands of songs like museum).. Nowadays...kids tend to be stuck at hm more tune to playing pc games than ever going out to have a nice gd game n have a sweet refreshing sweat. Internet is popular..so do the dangers it posed. Porno graphics are so easily accessed so do ppl get interested in hacking, cool..having fun..(getting to c a MNC breakdowns / get interrupts in their daily routine), making our parents in turn become more protective, fierce eagles hovering over n around n around us. Commit suicide doesnt seem to a big deal anymore..seem to be an easy way out when ppl overcome with stress.

I noticed there are newspapers reporting teenagers get stuck with huge heavy phone bills, coned by ads, getting to know mre frnds n popluar..usually are guys leh..hehhaha..not tat I say they(guys) r stupid. but u seldom c gers clocking this amount by this kind of ads. one of my guy frnd told me that there is two different lines for the different sexes. like if u r a ger, u get to call by tis nums. U will eventually speak to the guys..around..this applies to bois..mm...but some companies dun charge gers cos its' a business tactics jt like pubs having ladies' nite to attract guys to come. it is the same..all I had to say is cool ideas, wonder how much my guy frnd spend, but luckily he is not hooked to get himself in debts..;)

Hi all, here is a plain looking ger seeking for your attention; knock!! knock, anyone there? ...phew...where's everyone.? ha..I think no one is interested when u say the word "plain"..not my fault being plain..(genes leh). I was abit tomboy then, hey tat is when u are living with two younger brothers.(one cant be too soft to win. heehhaha) Anyway I dun mind being plain.. Didn't I say earlier on im fine with my plainness.. In fact I lve it (cos my quietness), I cant be bother with all those arts of flirting..
