Mm.. washing machine (front / top load), fridge (hw big, any additional features???), tv (inch”, led? Hang or standalone) for mil?? Aircon-inverter or nt? Fan (hw big, windy, blades??) Wow, so many brands to look out for. Conclusion; just go for trusty old brands (Jap brand; ensure made in jpn)
