There are 2 kinds; hot n cold wraps!
For areas of your body that need extra attention, use the HOT wrap. [Chili extract; reali HOT!!!!] I try tat already. At first, i didnt feel it. After awhile, the essence sink in. It is so spicy that i want to jump. The next day, I feel extreme hungry, can eat twice. Of cos, i try to curb hehee. HOT wrap : reduces fats and swollen areas & increases metabolism. It helps to get rid of excess water that is retained in our body, decreases the chance of carbohydrates turning into fats.
For less serious areas of your body, use COLD wrap. [Mint Herb extract; less spicy] COLD wrap : reduces fats and tightens skin. It strengthens skin's elasticity and prevents cellulite, helps to eliminate toxins in our body. It is SUGGESTED that every 2 - 4 times of HOT wraps subsequently use the COLD wrap. This is because the COLD wrap can reduces extra fats and tightens the skin, leaving no flabs flapping around.
How to use : -
for experiment, u can measure the area u goin to wrap, after that u measure again (smaller! instant results.) Redness on your skin indicates blood circulation.
It will be better if you use after bathing. If not, use a warm moist towel to wipe the area you will be wrapping. u can wrap around your targeted area as many times as you want. With the use of plastic cling wrap, hold the HOT/COLD wrap in place. Leave it on to burn your fats for 30 to 45 mins. Massage the essence into your skins for abt 2 - 5 mins after removing. Then u may use a warm towel to wipe the wrapped area.
It is normal to feel HOT tingling sensation for both wraps. If you are unable to withstand the sensation, place your wraps in the fridge to lower the spiciness of the wraps. Each wrap can be reused for 2 / 4 times as long it still wet with the essence. (after my tummy, i wrap my legs then my arms heheha fully usage)
Usage can be once every 2 / 3 days. 1 treatment course = 15 usage of wraps. 1 COLD wrap is recommended after the usage of 2 - 4 HOT wrap. Every treatment course might be able to lose 5 - 10 kg!! To maintain freshness of the wraps, keep them in the fridge, or store them in a cool and dry place. It can be kept for 3 years (from manufacturing date) or til the expiry date.
Since it already got essence, do not use it with other products or use on any wounds. Super sensitive skin, avoid using. If not, shower immediately. Redness of skin is normal after the slimming wraps. It should disappear after 2 - 3 hours. If the redness persists, just use cold water to wash the affected area. Remember to wash your hands after use. Prevent from wrapping too tightly around your skin. Over and Extreme usage may result in adverse effects.

my ROM is on fri, so I spend the nite b4 at my hubby house since we are goin to bridal shop (it is near his house) the next day to do my makeup. Luckily, my package include rom, so i dun need to buy any extra things/ clothes for my ROM.. (consider its free!)
